I saw this on the original SNL episode. It was so on point then and boy is it on point now. As I mentioned on other sites, at least Al Sharpton had the class (did I say that) to leave before he was fired by staying out of the whole thing. He stated publicly that he knew his public support of any candidate could cause unintended consequences, so he would stay in the shaddows of whomever he supported unless requested to do otherwise.
